The aim of these questions is to ensure that the customers are getting fully satisfied with the products or not. It measures the level of satisfaction of the customers by analyzing their response to the brands and products of the company that are bought by them. Customer satisfaction is very important for any company. A company cannot simply compete in the market if it is not making proper analysis of the feedback from its customers .These questions are very simple in nature .The customers should be given time to answer these questions properly
